Notice About Garden Equipment
We advise that you do not use the trampoline in the garden, and require that visitors accept responsibility for any injuries encountered whilst using the garden equipment .

Bathrooms refurbished Spring 2012

A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per head is payable on booking. This can be paid by credit card or cheque (please make cheques payable to Mrs. V. Richards). Always check availability before forwarding payment.

In the event of a cancellation we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. If less notice is given or in the event of a "no-show" we reserve the right to charge an amount equivalent to the first nights stay. If we are unable to re-book the room/s and no notice has been given an amount equivalent to 90% of the total charge may be made.
