Vicki and Mike, your hosts, try and make all visitors feel welcome. Woodacre is a traditional family home with accommodation for up to 11 guests in a separate cottage joined to the main house. The property is set in an acre of garden surrounded by woodland. The garden is available for guests’ use.

Our location allows easy access to the A27 and we are therefore very well placed for Arundel, Chichester, Goodwood, the seaside and South Downs. In fact we are only 30 minutes by car from Portsmouth and about 40 minutes from Brighton. Heathrow Airport is approximately 1 ½ hours and Gatwick 1 hour. Our nearest station is Barnham and we are quite happy to collect guests. There is also a Taxi Service operating from the station.

Breakfasts are served in our Conservatory or Dining room, both overlooking the garden. Our menu includes a full English Breakfast (bacon, sausage, fried egg, tomato and mushrooms), Kippers, Poached Fish, Smoked Salmon and Eggs, Scrambled eggs on toast, Mushrooms on toast, Tomatoes on toast, Poached eggs, Boiled eggs, Baked beans on toast. To accompany this we have cereals, fresh fruit, granola, yoghurt, juices, tea and coffee, and toast. Special diets can be catered for on request.

We have a large private drive with plenty of parking space with room for trailers and large vehicles as well. Children and pets are welcome. We have a Full Fire Certificate. Credit cards accepted. WiFi is available free of charge. There is a minimum booking of 2 nights required at weekends, although we are flexible with this during the winter months. A 10% discount is offered for a stay of 6 nights or more. From November to March we offer a 3 for 2 night special.

We are members of the English Tourism Council and are annual inspected for quality plus standard of service, and have been awarded 4 stars.
