Our rooms are clean, spacious and comfortably furnished. They are all equipped with colour TV’s, tea/coffee making facilities, radio alarms, hair dryers and wireless broadband internet access free of charge. We have central heating and a Full Fire Certificate. There is plenty of private off road parking with room for trailers and large vehicles as well. Children and pets are always welcome, and our BBQ is available for all. We would like visitors to note that all rooms are non-smoking.

Towels are naturally provided in the rooms, but in our effort to be more environmentally friendly (and save on the amount of washing detergents discharged every day) we would like to encourage our guests to bring their own towels if at all possible. There will be a 50p rebate if you do so, but don’t forget to tell us!

The recently refurbished double room is on the ground floor, with a private entrance and parking. The ensuite has a shower, double basins, wc and dressing area. £80.00 for two people per night, including breakfast.

The Family Room has recently been refurbished and is on the ground floor with doors opening onto the garden (great for the children). It has the use of 2 shared bathrooms next to the room. The room consists of one double bed and two single beds. A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request. £90.00 for a family per night, including breakfast.

The newly refurbished Triple Room is on the first floor and is fitted with a wash basin. It has the use of 2 shared bathrooms (one with a bath and other with a shower) on the ground floor. The room has a Double Bed (4' 6") and a Single Bed. £80.00 for 3 people including breakfasts.

Our Twin Room is situated on the first floor and is fitted with a wash basin. It has the use of 2 shared bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower) on the ground floor. £60.00 for 2 people including breakfasts.

We are happy to provide accommodation to everyone, and provide a discounted rate of £50 per night for a single occupant in the double ensuite room, and a rate of £25 to £45 per night (depending on availability) in a twin room.

Unless previously arranged, check in should be between 5pm and 7pm, and check out should be by 10:30am please.
