Coming from the WEST (Chichester, Portsmouth etc.)

Travelling in an easterly direction on the A27 travel past Chichester (Chichester By-pass) and follow directions for Arundel, Brighton etc. After approx. 6 miles you come to a roundabout at FONTWELL (Fontwell Race Course will be on the right) and you will see a Little Chef and Burger King Restaurant on the other side of the roundabout. Take the 2nd exit sign posted to FONTWELL VILLAGE (Arundel Road). Go straight on at the first mini roundabout, over caution ramps in the road and straight on at the next mini roundabout. After approx. 200 metres the road bears left and joins the A27, but just before this junction you will see a road to your right. Take this road (still Arundel Road), there is a garage on the right called S&G, and another called Westbourne Motors, Woodacre is the first house on the right after the garages.

Coming from the EAST (Arundel, Brighton etc.)

Travelling in a westerly direction on the A27 travel past Arundel (Cathedral and Castle on your right) and follow directions for Chichester, Portsmouth etc. After approx. 3 miles (B&B signs on fence) you will see a slip road on your left sign posted FONTWELL VILLAGE. (If you get as far as a roundabout you have gone too far.) Take the slip road and then turn immediately left again. You will see a garage called S&G and another called Westbourne Motors on your right. Woodacre is the first house on the right after the garages.
