Set in an acre of garden, Woodacre B&B is ideally located between Fontwell & Walberton with the village of Slindon close by and only a short distance from Arundel or Chichester.  Children are welcome. Free Wi Fi available. Large parking area.

Woodacre B&B provides a great base to explore West Sussex. Bring your walking boots or bicycle and discover the walking and cycle routes up to the South Down Ways into the South Downs National Park or down to the Coast.

With direct access onto the A27 it is easy to visit a number of nearby attractions in and surrounding the local towns of Arundel, Chichester, Midhurst or Petworth, and Goodwood. The coast from West Wittering along to Brighton is a short drive away alternatively the South Downs National Park is also easily accessed. 

We have some Bee Hives in the garden so you may be in luck to sample some Woodacre Honey at breakfast! 

A choice of two Ground Floor rooms :

   Oak Room     - Double room with en-suite shower room 

   Hazel Room  - Family room for max of 4 guests with dedicated bathroom - (this room can be booked as a Double room).

A minimum of 2 nights stay applies

If you are looking for a larger family or group booking we can open a further 2 rooms on the First Floor - please note the stairs are quite steep and there is only 1 bathroom on the ground floor which would then be shared with the guests from the family room - please email or call for a chat if this is of interest to you.
