Being a small family run B&B we want to keep everyone comfortable & safe, from our family to those who visit and stay at Woodacre B&B.

Booking direct for best price
To book direct use the Book online tab above, or give us a call or email.
Once a reservation is made, a confirmation email will be sent to you. (do check your spam folder in case we have landed there!)
Payment
Our preferred method of payment is by Bacs which saves us bank charges although we can accept cash, credit or debit cards if necessary.
We will ask for credit/debit card details to secure your booking.
Payment is due 7 days before your arrival date. .
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or rearrange your booking due to illness etc, please contact us asap, we offer free cancellation up to 7 days prior to your arrival. If less notice is given or in the event of a no-show we reserve the right to charge an amount equivalent to the total booking.
Please DO NOT visit Woodacre B&B if any members of your party are unwell (especially if showing symptoms of Covid-19).
Check-in
Check in times are between 1600-1900, if you are able to give us an idea of your arrival time that is helpful.
Spacious parking area is available at the front of the property.
Hand sanitisers are located outside of each guest entrance for your use.
A welcome pot of tea or coffee with a slice of cake will be available for you to either enjoy in the garden or delivered to your room.
Pre bookable cream teas are also available.
Please do advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements etc.
Rooms
Your room will have received an enhanced clean and been thoroughly aired before your arrival.
A hospitality tray with a variety of tea and coffee sachets plus a small display of toiletries will be available.
We are continuing to offer two Ground floor rooms, however if you require additional rooms for a larger family group please contact us to discuss the availability of additional rooms.
Breakfast
Served in our Conservatory overlooking the garden or in warmer weather breakfast can be enjoyed in the garden. Guests in the Double room can choose to have breakfast delivered to the room.

All served with Toast , Apple or Orange Juice, Tea - Breakfast or Various flavoured teas or Cafetiere coffee
Pre ordered Packed lunches are also available, please ask for details

We are always available to discuss local attractions, pubs and restaurants. Please be aware these may require pre booking.
