Being a small family run B&B we want to keep everyone comfortable & safe, from our family to those who visit and stay at Woodacre B&B.

Once a reservation is made, a confirmation email will be sent to you. (do check your spam folder in case we have landed there!)

*We do ask you to confirm of any food allergies or dietary requirements upon booking your stay.

Payment

Our preferred method of payment is by Bacs which saves us bank charges although we can accept cash, credit or debit cards if necessary.

We will ask for credit/debit card details to secure your booking. 

Payment is due 7 days before your arrival date. .

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or rearrange your booking due to illness etc, please contact us asap, we offer free cancellation up to 7 days prior to your arrival. If less notice is given or in the event of a no-show we reserve the right to charge an amount equivalent to the total booking.

Please DO NOT visit Woodacre B&B if any members of your party are unwell (especially if showing symptoms of Covid-19). 

Check-in/ Check-out

Check in times are between 1600-2100, if you are able to give us an idea of your arrival time that is helpful. 


If you require an earlier check in, (subject to availability) there will be an additional charge of £15.
You can alternatively request an early bag drop with key collection (subject to availability) for an additional charge of £10. Please note there is no access to the room.

If you require a later check in - latest time of extended check in is 2200, there will be an additional charge of £15.


Spacious parking area is available at the front of the property.


A welcome pot of tea or coffee with a slice of cake will be available for you to either enjoy in the garden or delivered to your room when arriving between 1600-1800.


Please do advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements etc.


Rooms

Your room will have received an enhanced clean and been thoroughly aired before your arrival.

A hospitality tray with a variety of tea and coffee sachets plus a small display of toiletries will be available.   


Breakfast

Served in our Conservatory overlooking the garden or in warmer weather breakfast can be enjoyed in the garden. Guests in the Double room can choose to have breakfast delivered to the room. 

This is cooked to order with a choice of

  • Individual pot of fresh fruit salad, with Greek Yoghurt drizzled with Woodacre Honey (if avail)
  • Full English Breakfast with locally sourced Sausages, Bacon, mushrooms, tomato & egg - with the addition of baked beans, fried bread & black pudding if you would like
  • Smoked Salmon with smashed avocado on toast with eggs
  • Buttermilk Pancakes with various toppings
  • Vegetarian sausage or GF sausages available

 Orange or Cranberry Juice, Cafetiere Coffee, various flavoured Tea or Hot Chocolate. Toast with Marmalade, Jam or Woodacre Honey 

Please advise us in advance of any food allergies or dietary requirements.

 

Woodacre Honey

We have Bee Hives at the bottom of the garden, so Honey is served with Breakfast subject to availability.

We are always available to discuss local attractions, pubs and restaurants. Please be aware may of these may require pre booking.
